I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that I loved having Tila’s food truck here last week. I’m not a big fan of most food trucks as they mainly carry nothing but fried foods. I was a huge fan of Tila’s Torta Sandwich (maybe the best I’ve ever eaten), and I loved her handmade drinks. I went back for seconds of the Hibiscus tea. A few days later, I had the pleasure of running into Ms.Tila Hidalgo again outside of the Contemporary Arts Museum. Some friends of mine were giving a performance there and she was parked outside with her food truck. I couldn’t resist having some tacos and another hibiscus tea. If you have a chance please invite her back. She’s a super sweet lady and has great homemade food.

I was the one that talked to you about how the people that owned the building of your restaurant raised the rent astronomically but how you are enjoying your new venture as a food truck.
